There is more to exhibiting than simply booking your stand. If you want to stand out from the crowd, then why not make the most of our sponsorship opportunities either before or during the show? Whether you want to target a specific audience or create general brand awareness across the show, all the opportunities listed below will add value to your presence and help you make more of an impact on the day.
1) Visitor Marketing Materials
Enhance your presence pre-show by sponsoring the pre-registration marketing campaign:
- Logo on all visitor inserts x 175,000 approx
- Logo on all visitor ads in all key trade press
- Logo on all visitor emails x 20,000 per blast
- Logo on home & registration page of website
- Logo & company profile in show guide
- Reference in pre show press releases
Cost: £3,000 plus VAT
2) "You are here" Boards
Located at two strategic points on show floor, the "You are here" boards help direct visitors around the exhibition and ensure they know exactly where to find your stand. You receive:
- Company logo & enhanced company listing on reverse of "You are here" boards
- Highlighted stand entry on floor plan
Cost: £1,000 plus VAT overall sponsor
£75 plus VAT for an individual listing
3) Branded Registration Pens
Promote your company before the visitors even enter the show by supplying complimentary branded pens for the entrance area:
- Over 1,000 visitors expected to register for CTN World onsite by completing a registration form
- Exclusive right to display & give away your pens on registration
- Remember - pens are the most kept promotional item!
Cost: £500 plus VAT (sponsor to supply pens)
4) Show Carrier Bags
- Free carrier bags for around 2,000 attendees
- High profile long lasting promotional opportunity
- Company logo printed on 2,000 carrier bags
- Carrier bags to be prominently displayed in entrance area
- Recognition as official bag sponsor in show guide
Cost: £500 plus VAT (excluding production)
£500 plus VAT (you supply bag)
£200 plus VAT (insert in bag)
5) Seminar Theatre
Sponsoring the seminar theatre offers you high visibility to everyone attending presentations and workshops across. We anticipate around 20 delegates per session. You receive:
- Logo on seminar theatre graphics & "You are here" boards
- Logo on all pre-show publicity material & website
- Logo & acknowledgment in show guide
- Sponsorship material distributed in seminar theatre
- Opportunity to make two presentations per day
Cost: £2,000 plus VAT
6) Visitor Entrance
Why not be the very first exhibitor seen by visitors, displaying your company logo and name in our front entrance and registration area? You receive:
- Prominent display of logo & company branding in visitor entrance
- Insert in carrier bag
- Sponsored tops for registration staff
- Recognition as event sponsor in show guide
- Company logo on "You are here boards"
Cost: £2,000 plus VAT (excluding clothing)
7) Floor Tiles & Banners
- Place your company name & logo on carpet tiles set into the aisles promoting yourself while directing visitors to your stand. Tiles measure 1m square approx
- Place your company name & logo on ceiling suspended banners gaining maximum profile & visibility for your company. Double sided PVC - 6m x 2.5
Cost: £500 plus VAT (x 5 carpet tiles)
£750 plus VAT (x 10 carpet tiles)
£500 plus VAT(per banner excluding production)
8) Lanyards
- 2,000 attendees all wearing personalised badges affixed to lanyards
- High profile endorsement opportunity lasting the full duration of the show
- Company branded lanyards distributed in show entrance
- Recognition as event sponsor in the show guide
Cost: £2,000 plus VAT (includes production)
9) Website Advertising
- CTN World 2011 website is frequently visited information source for visitors, exhibitors & media alike
- Fully interactive & regularly updated
- Supplement your exhibition presence by taking a banner ad on the home & exhibitor list pages
- Hyperlink to your website.
Cost: £100 plus VAT per month (minimum of three months & £50 per month thereafter for renewal)
10) Hosted Drinks Reception
- Unique opportunity to sponsor hosted drinks reception at the end of day one
- High visibility to visitors while they network and relax with complimentary drinks & refreshments
- Company name & logo on all visitor marketing material promoting drinks reception
- Company name & logo on reception signage
- Company name & logo in show guide & website
Cost: £1,000 plus VAT
(excludes cost of drinks & refreshments)
11) Visitor Reception Area
- Unique opportunity to sponsor visitor refreshment area centrally located on show floor
- High visibility all day long while visitors network and relax
- Company name & logo on all visitor marketing material promoting refreshment area
- Company name & logo on cafe area signage
- Company name & logo in show guide & website
Cost: £1,500 plus VAT
12) Coach Travel
- Courtesy coach travel provided for visitors from designated pick up points both around the West Midlands & the rest of the UK
- Unique opportunity to display & offer samples before visitors even arrive at the exhibition
- Up to 50 visitors per coach x 5 coaches = 250 direct sales opportunities
- Company name & logo in show guide & website
Cost: £500 plus VAT (per coach)
